Report concerns / whistleblower

The Marianas Foundation is committed to accountability and responsible stewardship. If you have concerns about potential misconduct, we want to hear from you.

What to report

Examples of concerns that should be brought to our attention.

  • Misuse of funds
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Fraud or financial irregularities
  • Falsified records or documentation
  • Retaliation against reporters
  • Other ethics or governance concerns

Non-retaliation

Good-faith reporters are protected. The Foundation does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern. You may submit anonymously. If you include contact information, it will be used only to follow up on the report.

Submit confidential report

Reports are directed to contact@marianasfoundation.org. Do not use this form for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities.
