Donor privacy policy

The Marianas Foundation does not sell, trade, or share donor personal information with anyone except as required to process a gift or as required by law.

Donor names, contact details, gift amounts, and related records are used for gift acknowledgment, financial accounting, IRS and CNMI reporting, and stewardship. We do not publish individual gift amounts without written permission. We do not send donor lists to other charities.

Credit card and crypto-donation processing on the relief portal is handled by that portal's payment processors. The Foundation does not store full payment credentials on this website. Donor privacy requests are handled under the same location-based rules as our Privacy Policy, including California do-not-sell-or-share and GDPR access or deletion rights where those laws apply.
