Building stronger communities in the Marianas

A community foundation dedicated to supporting the people and communities of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands through thoughtful philanthropy and transparent stewardship.

Our commitment to the CNMI

As a newly established foundation, we are building the infrastructure for lasting community impact, with integrity, island equity, and public reporting.

Integrity

We operate independently of government, with documented board actions, recusal rules, and written policies that put community benefit first.

Transparency

Governing documents, disbursement criteria, and program summaries are published. Trust is earned through consistent, public action, not promises.

Island equity

Saipan, Tinian, and Rota are named in our mission. Geographic balance is a standing review criterion, not an afterthought.

Stewardship

Community-benefit funds are held in custody, reviewed against criteria, and reported. Large disbursements require board approval.

Where we invest

Four focus areas that reflect the needs and aspirations of CNMI communities.
